Seemingly unaware of the beast towering over it, the tiny rodent grabbed at scraps of meat thrown into the African Leopard’s enclosure. But instead of pouncing on the tiny intruder, the 12-year-old leopard Sheena kept her distance. After a few minutes she tried to nudge the mouse away with her nose, but the determined little guy kept chewing away until he was full.
The extraordinary scene was captured by photography student Casey Gutteridge at the Santago Rare Leopard Project in Hertfordshire, England . The 19 year old, photographing the leopard for a course project, was astounded by the mouse’s behavior.
He said he had no idea where the mouse came from. He just appeared after the keeper had dropped in the meat for the leopard. Taking no notice of the leopard, the mouse went straight over to the meat and started eating.
Even when the leopard bent down and sniffed him, the mouse just carried on eating like nothing had happened. Even the keeper said he’d never seen anything like it before.
Project owner Jackie James added: It was so funny to see – Sheena batted the mouse a couple of times to try to get it away from her food. But the determined little thing took no notice and just carried on.
The mouse continued to eat the leopard’s lunch and showed the leopard who was boss.
Can you imagine? I think the mouse didn’t even know it was in danger so it just kept eating the meat. What if we could be like the mouse and have no fear? We could accomplish anything. What do you think?

“Two Thoughts On Tuesday”
Well all I can think about is finding a new place to live. I have looked and looked for the perfect place and I just can not find it. Now I have a new thought ……. maybe I am being to picky! I know that is hard to believe but maybe that is the problem. Then there is the other side of the coin and that is I don’t want to keep moving. I want a place I love so I can stay there until I am old and gray. No that is not going to be tomorrow either, I am still young. Well maybe not young but definitely not old yet.
My second thought is that I am so happy I have finally decided what city I want to live in. It is Pasadena. It is one of the prettiest cities I have been in for a long time. All of the streets are lined with trees and it is so beautiful. Some of the trees are really old and big, just lovely to look at. The city and the streets are kept nice and clean. It is a wonderful place for me so that is where I am looking for a place to live. See, before I just could not decide what city I wanted to live in so I just looked at places all over. Now that I have decided it will be easier to find the perfect place. You can not believe how many cities I have looked at and Pasadena is the only one I really liked. I have been through so many I lost count, none of them compare. Well, maybe next week I will be shouting to everyone that I have found my new place. In fact I have a feeling it will happen this week. Boy, will I be happy!

Eva and her mother were at the hospital, sitting at the bedside of her father. He was very ill and hadn’t spoken in several days. Eva was feeling a little desperate; she and her mother had prayed so hard, but it looked as if her father was not going to recover.
“Suddenly Dad began speaking, and praising the Lord!” Eva said. “It seemed as if he was seeing Jesus. Less than a half hour later, he died.” As machines shut down, several nurses came into the room to check his pulse and do a final examination. Eva’s mother was devastated, so when the nurses left the room, Eva went with them.
She thought her mother might need some time alone.
Eva, of course, was also grieving, but that memory of her father’s vision had made her feel—almost joyful. What had he seen during those last moments? Soon she went back to his room, but now there was …… read the rest of the story here ……….
We have all heard the stories about the year 2012 and how bad it is going to be. A movie was made showing all the horrors and destruction of the planet and the suffering people will go through. I really don’t think that all the bad stuff that has been predicted is going to happen. I do think that things will change but for the better. It will be a wonderful place to be and a beautiful planet to live on. After all, we have to save the Earth – it is the only planet with Chocolate! What do you think? Let me know.

For me, I can not watch what is going on in Haiti for very long because I feel so helpless. There is just no way to stop all of the suffering and destruction in the blink of an eye. It seems like it takes so long to get them the help they need. Yet everyone is doing the best they can to help them. Watching the people suffer and see so many that have been injured and the ones that have died is just too heart wrenching for me. I wish I could wave a magic wand and fix everything for them but I can’t, no one can. All we can do is donate and keep them in our prayers.
We have many heroes in this country and countries all over the world that have sent their best search and rescue teams, doctors and nurses, engineers, construction workers and more to help them. These men and women are true heroes they don’t think about the dangers or anything else, just how they can help. We should keep them in our prayers to keep them safe and healthy in this horrific disaster. My heart goes out to everyone over there in Haiti and I sending them my prayers, my love and lots Angels to comfort them and hold them in their wings.
