I have been a member of this group, Go Gratitude, for a long long time and they are wonderful. I hope you join in with us welcoming in a new era of peace and love. Let me know how you like it.
Greetings Beloved,
As we quickly approach Winter Solstice, Friday December 21st,
there are literally millions – perhaps more than any other
time in Earth’s history – gathering around the planet in
meditation to celebrate the returning of the Light.
December 21st is also the end of a Great Mayan Cycle.
AND the beginning of a new one.
It is a powerful time for renewing our souls’ callings and allowing the
new to be birthed from within for the benefit of All. We invite you,
wherever you may find yourself that day, to join your energy with
ours and everyone else in experiencing a Grand Coming Together of
the Spirit and Heart.
Each of us has a role to play in what our experience of life on planet
Earth is evolving into. And the vision of that role is most clearly “seen”
when the mind is still enough for the light of the Heart to
pierce our awareness.
In our own search for meaning, purpose, fulfillment and contribution,
we have found no greater Gateway to the Heart of what matters most
than through meditation.
While meditation delivers countless positive benefits, it can be
challenging at first. At times, even experienced meditators find it
difficult to still the ego mind long enough for the greater intelligence
of the Heart to speak it’s “Mind.”
The good news is that those challenges can be easily surmounted
and the full benefits of meditation unlocked by receiving the
guidance of one who has dedicated his life to the practice and
teaching of this life transforming habit.
Tristan Truscott is one of those rare individuals who has not only devoted
his life to the art of meditation, but he also has a gift for teaching it simply
to others in a way that is easy to understand and enjoyable to follow.
He has generously created a free meditation session where he
guides you through a powerful ancient process that helps you to:
Access your Highest Levels of Focus and Clarity
Unblock and Unlock your Life-force Energy
Access a Profound State of Inner Peace
Feel Engaged, Energized, Productive and Fulfilled
Get it here (no email required):

No matter your current experience level, you will benefit. I’ve
been practicing for 20 years and the information I’ve received from Tristan
has made getting to that “sweet spot” in meditation more predictable and
accessible.
I highly recommend you learn from him if you desire a direct path to
the full benefits of meditation.
May we be blessed to know the Peace and Possibility that Life affords
as we access and live from our Hearts!

The Peace Globe project began in the fall of 2006 with a simple post from one blog, Mimi Writes. The post ignited a flame in the blogosphere. The flame became a passion. The passion became a movement. It amazingly traveled from blog to blog to blog across the globe. Bloggers wrote passionate articles on what peace means to them, along with the promise of three Latin words scribbled on a globe – Dona Nobis Pacem (Grant Us Peace) - branded with the integrity of their names or blog names. It was positively inspiring to watch. And it began to happen all over the world – from Singapore to China to Afghanistan to Brooklyn.

?All colors, All races?
One world united.?
We dance for peace and the healing of our planet Earth?
Peace for all nations.?
Peace for our communities.?
And peace within ourselves.?
As we join all dance floors across the world,?

Our love is the power to transform our world

I love the way this is presented because it really brings it to light that we need to remember that things will get better if we don’t loose faith, peace, love or hope. Enjoy ………
